Our commitment to animal welfare is second to none and are certified under the Australian Livestock Processing Industry Animal Welfare Certification system (AAWCS). Our food safety system is overseen by DAWE and is built on strong HACCP principles, providing excellence in hygiene and processing of products.

Our State-of-the-Art Facilities

Our facilities are constantly modernized to ensure we retain our position as an efficient industry leader at the cutting edge of technology and food safety. We operate a sophisticated custom processing operation and are the only facility in Australia to have two processing floors that can operate simultaneously. We have the capacity to process 9000 head of cattle per week across the two processing floors (beef and smallstock). 

Our operation has four boning chains which assists customers to develop retail and food service products. 

Our state-of-the-art-cold store and blast chill tunnel provides an advanced carton storage retrieval system that ensures seamless management and distribution of product throughout the world.

We distribute across Australia and around the globe to more than 28 countries, including our major trading partners: Japan, Korea, United States, Indonesia, Europe and many Middle Eastern countries.
